I have been chasing him almost for a month. I attampted to attack him a couple of time but he was always online before the hit...
Yesterday, I phalanxed his planet and saw he deployed his DS's for 6 hours... I search his all planet and there was no activity.... I spied his planet where the DS's was deployed.... His rest of fleet was sitting there.... Calculated and attacked as fast as I could. He was online after the hit and took like 20M metal.... Here is the result
