I do not support this change. I propose to decrease debris field to 30% and remove deuterium from debris fields since changes proposed in OP benefit raiders and this uni is considered miners oriented.

I don't think raiders should be directly supported here. Agreed with decreasing DF to 30, remove deuterium from DF field. I also propose to increase building resource yield and reduce research time and cost for Astrophysics, so new players can catch up faster.
