serverData.xml does not conform to serverData.xsd

serverData.xml is not valid per the serverData.xsd schema.

I've updated serverData.xsd to fix the inconsistency, and be more explicit with the meaning of each field.

Yea its broken since some time (years) now, i had to update my code to an interface for these values as you dont know what to expect and GO is like many others a typed language

Its the same for others endpoints like combat reports api where you can get strings, floats or integers, for the same field x)
