There are lots of planets spammed all day long, the moon has nothing to target solar satellites on transfer planets?
Unless the Sun Satellite has no DF gained from combat or can fly away, I don't want any changes to DF.

And the attack of aircraft like Deathstar is even more troublesome for farmers. In another universe, when I saw more than 1 million+ such attacks, I was really speechless and went into permanent V mode!

Perhaps next vote should be to decrease the eco %

eco is maxed out, but the fleet settings are still standard. Someone please explain to me how that is "balanced" ?

the point you are bringing up is valid, the balance of the game is very important. but you shouldnt be using solar sats at this stage of the game and, even if you are, the difference between 30% to 50% still doesnt equate to what changes lifeforms has brought with the increase of cargo capacity. the reason i have been steadfast against the addition of deut to DF is for the same reason, it allows people to inflate their fleet to the point that economy doesnt matter even more than has been allowed by packs w/ merching. the balance of the game has been altered beyond repair by direct monetary influence. that being said, running the numbers you are no more likely to be hit at 50% than 30%, the reason for this is because (and im just taking a shot in the dark) you are currently pumping out 2bn metal per day along with 350-400mn C and D. your greatest concern has nothing to do with the 1000 m and c per cargo, but the pure volume of resources you are carrying at any moment is. that volume doesnt increase or decrease based on DF %. you will remain a juicy target whether this vote passes or fails, and based on my understanding you will remain the target of choice because of your lack of fleet to pure resource volume, if it fails. by giving the fleeters more incentive to target one another you will be looked at with less vigor (even if the reduction is only by 20%). and as for your issues with deathstars, maybe doom needs to be more active to help you with that or find an alliance that will. people dont join uni 1 for the ease of mining. they come here for the challenge of playing with the best and if the way you are playing, isnt up to snuff, then i suggest you adapt.

In fact, after adding DF, many strategies need to be changed.

For example: 30% DF and 50% DF, or even 60~70% DF (including Deut). You need to change the levels of Solar Plant and Fusion Reactor, and these things involve Energy Technology and the Diameter of the planet.

Your account probably started with X1 eco. You adjusted to that just fine.

Reducing the eco level will also help reduce the prospective growth of people using packs.

You actually can. You delete the planet, take discoverer class, join researcher alliance and get 330-360 fields planet and its done :D...you just need to do alooot of colonisations to get a proper one but it is your choice if you wanna accept the low diameter one or you wanna be patient and get a better one. I did not have much points when i returned to the game and i played when it was 1x in 2013 so my planets were all small and i had to delete each one and start over... I don't know when the eco change happend but im sure you did not have as many points as you do now so, again, it was your choice to pick a planet you want. Ofcourse it is different story if eco is increased again to x20 then for sure you would be missing some slots and GF should giveaway/add +30 slots instantly to everyone. Maybe im missuderstanding what you meant to say though.......

I can't believe people believe being a fleeter in uni1 is the most overpowered and unbalanced thing when in fact its mining and expos that are overpowered. Only way the fleeting would be overpowered is if everyone stopped doing FS

You lose absolutely nothing by giving bigger DF to fleeters. Just get fusion reactor 1 level higher if you are constantly being bashed for sats which i doubt is the reason for someone attacking you unless you have 30k sats which is pure stupidity if you dont have enough def to cover it...

As much as you correct by saying this, this does not hold true becuase of the things you wrote in your prior post.

Just make the vote results be visible to see who voted for what with their ingame nickname and then lets see what happens on next vote . I think the biggest problem is that people who play 5 days a month while sitting vmode for 25days being able to vote...or new accounts not even month old. I honestly have no idea how DF vote can't pass when it is not detrimental to miners, i think they hate more that they aren't getting any buffs then not wanting bigger DF

Also the game will never be balanced becuase of possibility to buy res thats a fact so any kind of argument consisting of "balance the game" is automatically invalid.

First things first, happy new year... hopefully this year we will find a resolution that makes everyone happy, just kidding in this community.

My 2 cents, even as a miner I can see the reasoning behind 50%DF, bringing it inline with others Universes.

The fleet speeds should not be touched here. I don't mind small tweaks to a Universe settings but too bigger change can change the dynamics of the Universe so DF going any higher than 50% would be wrong IMO.

Also expeditions are not overpowered in Uni1 as the x1 fleet speed means you can not get the volume of expeditions in for it to be, I play a bit in Yin and there the returns can be insane with X10 eco and x4 Friendly fleet.

Also, people suggesting reducing eco to reduce the influence of packs, all that would result in, is a few players buying and using a lot of packs before the change kicks in, leaving it even harder for those not buying them to catch up.

Players wishing for an increase to the DF percentages are understandable. Changes to fleet speed in what is now nearly a x2 are not really needed.

Personally I would like to see changes to one of the researches, specifically energy tech.

I'd like a heavy bomber even though it's completely unnecessary.
