Season planet skins not visible on other servers

According to the description of the Grus server which is running the "Season of Joy" season...

No, as soon as you’ve unlocked the reward from an achievement (including season achievements)., you can use it on any server you play on, now or in the future. For example, you can switch to the season server, complete season achievements to unlock some rewards for your main server, and then continue playing there with the special avatars and planet skins from the season server.

...achievement rewards unlocked on a season server should be immediately visible to use on other servers.

My account on Grus (user: Czar Vostok) has unlocked season achievement #11 "Like Christmas Baubles" by having eight planets, but the planet skin reward for this is not visible (either in a locked or unlocked state) to my account on Lacerta (user: Czar Vostok).

This appears to contradict the FAQ linked above and so appears to be a bug. My expectation here is that having unlocked the planet skin on Grus, or any other season server, it should immediately be available for use on Lacerta.

It seems that after the next server reset, the unlocked skin has become visible and selectable on Lacerta as well as the Grus season server it originated from. So the only issue here is that the description containing "as soon as you’ve unlocked the reward ... you can use it on any server" doesn't describe needing to wait for the following server reset.

Happy for this to be closed as "not a bug" if needing to wait for the next server reset is the intended behaviour.
