It is true you cant buy skill, but L42 already beat ogame once before with his mighty 100k BS fleet many years ago, so I dont think he has anything to prove to anyone. Also so long as him and the muppets/assassins are here and spending we can all enjoy this game while it lasts, lets thank them for keeping the door open instead of bashing for how they spend their money (cant believe Im defending DM abusers lol)

I recall Lord42 managing to grow so large in the distant past of (non ACS) Uni 1 a coalition of players suicided their fleets into his one at a time until enough damage had been done for JimmyN to take it down. L42 is one of the ogame top table originals and deserves respect for that.
Great hit L42. In reality most of the biggest hits are made by being dedicated to being there at the right time to take advantage of someone's guard slipping. Well played.

Who are you to accuse or point the finger at a player who started playing alongside me and other ogame legends to make impressive attacks that dazzled everyone in our beginnings in 2004, read his story, don't speak from ignorance, Lord42 is a solid and honest player.

Dancake had the #2 fleet for a solid year and Dan took a great many scalps before my rivals came together and did Dan in as firestorm and Skull have eluded to.
Fixed it for you. Dan built 100k battleships, and he used to watch folks midweek and do cross galaxy debris field hits at the weekends.

Glad your team members realized bashing poor folk or getting ninjad in the blind alleys of the universe wasn't the most efficient way to go about. Also, I m happy for them that spotting a forgotten fleet helped tremendously with their broken self - esteem. They already started enjoying it and post trash. Geek P even had the audacity to reply one of my posts with gibberish. I knew something was up.
I was always under the impression that folks play this war game in order to destroy others, not for being charitable enough to transfer the resources they obtained with hard earned cash to their enemies and let others have a giggle at their expense. Besides, nowhere in entire OGame will you find a more frequent and generous donor to your enemies. Why let others enjoy the gift that just keeps on giving, but not yourself?

let me just take a moment to set the record straight. I used to be a fleeter. Once upon a time I would spend my days farming, watching, and chasing fleets. I had the #2 fleet for a solid year and I took a great many scalps before my rivals came together and did me in as firestorm and Skull have eluded to.
That was then and this is now.
I would not describe myself as a fleeter anymore. I am a miner, with a fleet. If you are waiting for me to do anything with said fleet, you might be waiting a very long time. If you are trying to bait me, you are going to experience frustration, because i am simply not in a hurry. All that said, I have gone to great lengths to surround myself with fleeters. Assassins deserve all the credit for hitting SaNtana and I tried to make sure they received it in my acknowledgement. It was they who discovered the target was sitting and directed me to push the launch button, and it is they who are watching you.
I am just mining my mines and growing my tentacles.

And Spartacus built 100,000 battleships so he could use that CraftySeed account to raid on weekends or the several nights he didn't sleep. And in turn, all of Al.Inc supplied that account with deuterium to power that fleet. Everyone did and does it now, the difference is that they don't farm but buy resource packs.

If you leave a fleet forgotten it is obvious that you are going to try to destroy it, it is part of the game, that involves tactics, coordination and your friends helping, or did you forget when RoLUE entered the war in 2005 and Sagitta together with CHW sold deuterium to Fizban, Cosmic Debris, Urza, PizzaWorld and many more so they could carry out the attacks?

So how did you do it and sell it? (On several occasions) At least Lord42 has his account, the difference is that he has not done business with others to make a profit. In 2025 there will be new things, changes, destroyed players and updates to the game. Surely there will be zombies or more ways for Gameforge to continue being a business.
