Try another browser, clear cookies/cache...you are doing something wrong probably. No one is spamming on discord/forum that the game is not working so its probably on your end.

Login to other uni then and try to write a ticket. Thats the best option to make since you can also ask them to give you your fleet back and you can upload screenshots of the error.

There are no GO that visit forum to look for problems...if you write a ticket you'll get response within 12hours for sure.

Sounds like complete and utter bullshit.. couldnt imagine if this happened to a large account.

The mods here arent inactive, and they have an obligation to handle stuff like this, sad to see they didnt.

You guys do understand board admins are different then game admins right? And you know board admins are not employed by GF as in actual work relationship?

That is why you have a ticket system and you get a response from game admin there.

Bugs exist in various forms, some with known ways of getting around them, others that only happen occasionally to certain players, without anyone knowing why or how to resolve them. There isn't always a universal miracle solution.

The answer Zajeb gave yesterday, inviting you to send in a ticket, was the most correct, the most appropriate, insofar as the GO's can assist you by ticket, by having information on your account that the forum cannot collect.

This means you'll get a much more personalized response, and possibly solutions for your fleet depending on the situation.

The forum can help in cases where the bugs are less specific and/or when we've already encountered the problem several times and therefore know a solution.

Moderators don't have the answer to everything, and they don't have the answer to every bug > . <

ofc i understand and i know about ticket system(i played this game when there was no dark matter) but there are no board mods ?
