An error has occured!

    Hello, Im from SK server and this happened to me too. I tried everything with same result - white screen with error

    Do you have any solution?

    I've had the same problem for the past two days... and I haven't found a solution. I've cleared cache and cookies, reinstalled the browser, tried several different browsers, and nothing works... "an error has occured!"


    I'm also having login issues. I have to reset my password constantly because it's like it no longer recognizes me as a user. It happened to me for the same reason as you: deleting an alliance.


    What I did was open a support ticket telling them my fleet was at risk, and they put my account in vacation mode... now I'm waiting for support to respond to see if it's possible to recover my account... because I've invested so many hours into it.


    This bug have now cost my entire fleet in Keid.
    Gameforge/Ogame have to give both my fleet and ress back... this is crazy.


    Bug happen after "Delete Alliance".


    I can log in to every other uni, but not Keid after I tried deleting my ally.


    This is really a sad day also consider loosing fleet that have cost some real money.

    I'm glad im not the only one dealing with this.

    This many times, its def the same bug.

    I lucked out being able to access from the ogame app but still very sad =[
