Planetary Expansion 20 planets is impossible

    Hi


    Please explain how its possible for anyone to get the planet skin at Planetary Expansion achievements 99.99% of players will never get to 20 planets. Like I am on 15 planets and even that was hard. It will cost me 20 trillion resources to get to 20 planets and take 700 years.


    Or are you expecting players to spend thousands of dollars just to get a planet skin

    They are whales who invested tens of thousands into the game. Don't let them be criteria... I mean idk who said getting that specific planet skin should be easy? Is that stated anywhere? You either play long enough as f2p to get it (so 10 years+ xD) or you p2w it.


    It's just a skin, thats why no one is bothering commenting here, it is extremely useless. No one plays for that. It's like playing csgo because you can purchase nice weapon skin you like :fatgreengrin:.

    two of the accounts were before resource packets or you could buy resources. Granted one was on a chaos server with no rules

    Im not sure what exactly are you saying... you think they made 21st planet as f2p? I don't see how chaos server has anything to do with level of astrophysics though.

    Server chaos = legal multi and push.

    Fenrir thanks for clarifying. I never paid "attention" and thought that only bashing was allowed :fatgreengrin: and now i went to check volans, rules 2-4-5 are not in effect.


    So yes Dreadnought i can see now how it is possible. One guy can make 50 accounts and use bots for each one then push himself LMAO xD...not sure if i would consider this to be "f2p" behaviour when you can literally "cheat" xD.

    What does this even mean? Im not new to ogame i just never bothered looking at universes where certain rules do not apply because they are garbage universes lol. I think i looked at it once before 10 years and i didn't look at it ever again. I just remember i thought how can someone play that kind of universe and thats all i needed to remember.

    No man... just without resource pack where all the server generated resources are from fleets, expo and mines. DM on the server just so you can buy class change/merchant or complete fleet or research.


    As for Volans it's amazing that GF did not take the server down ... it's like a bugged version of ogame (more bugged than usual i guess) and keep him on just to see people suffer.

    Maintain a once a year free astro I'm there in 5 years, withput saving a single resource.

    So yes it is a long term reward but there are many like that (looking at you Fusion 35)

    Nope a few players did it with 20 year to 19 year old accounts so big enough mines and resource stores .

    I am sure some spent some fun money on it also but to each their own.

    Pretty sure no one can "afford" f2p 20 planets in current economy settings. If you go for 20 planets your accounts is instantly worth 21bil points, considering that huge mine levels you mentioned accounts should have over 50bil worth of economy to "potentionally" save up the resources with mines. And we all know most people with 20bil+ are heavy on the wallet already. But i agree with you, to each their own :thumbsup:

    I normally get 502 mn from a log in event metal package < with metal mines 42 through 45 on 14 planets I am sure that with metal mines above 48 to 52 generate closer to a bn in metal with a metal package.

    Economy setting X8

    0-37 lvl astrophysics for 20 planets cost

    5.240.907.000.000

    10.481.815.000.000

    5.240.907.000.000


    Lets say "average" 10.000.000.000 points player gets 5.000.000.000 metal / day

    So you need 1050 packs just to get enough metal. So if you want to use packs for crystal and deut then you need.

    Metal 1050 packs

    Crystal 2100 packs

    Deut 3150 packs


    Total 6300 packs * 42k DM pack on event = aprox 260.000.000 DM which would be 4.200 € for me on 100% DM event. NOTE that i have better price then UK/US. This is without using DM to convert at 3:2:1 ratio so would guess to add another 100-200€ on top if it since im sure no one has such high storages to convert in one go :D.


    I'll use a buddy of mine as an example too - top 20 eco player (9 bil points total, around 6 bil into eco) on slot 15 produces 1bil deut per day so he would need 5240 days to get enough for deut. So around 10000 days (27 years) of f2p with commanders to get that from mines only.


    So this is why i fully doubt anyone made f2p 20 planets on ogame.org economy...

    But some communities get more dm for less money. And metal can be converted for less into crystal and deuterium and I have seen level 69 metal mines with life form buffs and booster item buffs that production goes up so does the pay off from resource packets to the ends of advancing astro.
