There are a few completely new people here in the Uni, including me, who tried to write a comment here because of the ingame message, without an account it is not possible... and my German forum account refused to register here in the forum 
That's why there are a few very young forum accounts here, because they only register here because of the setting change.
Sure, 6x peaceful seems good to me
If you're going to increase the speed from x4, then it'll be easier for people to adapt fleetsaves to x8 compared to x6. With x8 all you'd have to do to keep your current fleetsave would be to halve the speed percentage, for instance going from 40% at x4 to 20% at x8. With x6, you can't just lower the speed percentage, because all the deployment times will be different. I'm not a big fan of x6, but I'm fine with x8. You'll obviously also get even faster expeditions at x8.
Yes, x8 would also be my favorite choice, but my gut feeling tells me that people might not want it because it's too fast for them :/
The argument that you can then simply halve the fleet save percentage is plausible and then we'll ask what people think of x8 instead of x6

for faster expos

I placed my planets in according to x4 fleetsave speed. If speed gets to x6 then my fleetsave time gets to 7 hours. I don't know if 7 hours will be enough for me. That's pretty risky, I have to refuse this kind offer.
Other thing is, if the speed gets to x6 or x8; 1 week free relocation for all planets would be super nice.
