Great idea for mining uni

I have a question, is it possible to have uni where you can't buy DM? Make it like subscription based uni where everyone pays some € monthly or whatever so you still make money and people who can't afford 1000€ monthly have a chance?

Seems kinda strange to have this on miner uni. Take a look at previous uni which was a fleeter uni ...... 2x top 10 acs, 9x top 10 solos and less than 10 normal cr's posted to forum. That says it all !!
Just another perk for the p2p player to get.

Now, this has already been mentioned in the suggestions and the answer provided is as follows:
GF is aware of the players' request to have a server without DM or with a subscription system, but to date they have not provided us with any information that would allow us to consider that it will be introduced.
Okay but what if we start the boycott?

It does not matter is it miner uni or fleeter uni, the problem is there is no activity on CR section forum for new unis that come out so this challenge is really nice addition to "make" people post more on the forum.
