Missing item from inventory

  • Hi guys,


    I am not quite sure if this is some bug, however I feel kind of scammed.
    I tried raising the ticket, but investigation was quite poor, giving me no proper feedback, so I have to refer here.

    As it happens, on previous "Rewards" event, I've got the "Collector" item from one of the tier rewards.
    I've kept it, saving it until I improve my mines, however, the item isn't in my inventory anymore.


    I know for sure that I haven't used it, as it's not added to the "Class selection".
    Could this matter be investigated here as well?
    Could it be that certain bug occurred during maintenance?

  • Hey @Dreadnought, I am not quite sure what are you referring at, thank you for response either way.

    However, I know for sure that the item was in my inventory.

    I'll attach the photo, one page of it, but if needed, I'll attach other pages as well - but I know for sure that as high cost item, it was on the first page.

    I've contacted support, they are behaving to me as if I am retarded, which I find quite insulting!
    They are referring as if the price was under "Commander staff" prices, yet I know for sure that last 3 or 4 rewards event, the class was under tier 7 rewards (regular, not commander staff), which I am 100% sure that I've collected it.

  • On the over view you can click on the booster item bar and pull up the inventory or on the inventory suit case icon .

    And not to seem dense on my part have you tried looking for it from other planets in your inventory?

    if you have take a short video of you scrolling through your inventory from page 1 through the last page of your inventory and send that into support also.

    Some times it will take awhile for the game team to find the issue. And it can be frustrating . Just don't give up or be hostile to the staff.

    Most all are volunteers.

    I just checked everything as you kindly suggested, unfortunately I haven't found the item.
    I've contacted the support via ticketing system, unfortunately, they do not have option to see looted items, which worsens the case, as if I am trying to scam the game.
    With that said I feel as if they are accusing me of fraud.


    I would never be hostile, trust me, I work as customer support agent as well, so I can relate with them, but I feel as if they are not attempting to relate with me.

  • Hmm well you can have it elevated if it has not gone to a game admin or coma. Sgo's and go's have limited server access but they can see more than they can or are allowed to fix.

    I have seen some tickets take 9 to 13 months to get resolved. if it disappeared during the last server update it's gone and no data to show where it went would be there for the game team to see.

    If they could copy accounts for two days before an update then copy them to an empty server so if something goes wonky they could hope over check it out and then fix it or replace it.

    But as a player I am sure that is a little wishful thinking on my part. as far as the servers being copied pre update
