New seasonal server: all commanding staff active, all tasks done, 1440 tritium, correct.
Old non-seasonal server: all commanding staff active, all tasks done, only 1200 tritium, bonus doesn't count.
All staff was active when I did tasks.
Task reward event commanding staff bonus doesn't work
