Before we would consider settings changes in our existing universes, we would like to know if players want a group merge of universes in OGame SI. For this reason, we are opening polls in all universes that we would normally consider for a group merge, so we can see how players feel about a possible group merge.
Please know that if it seems that the majority of players votes "yes" for a group merge, it is likely that we won't be able to respect all their wishes regarding which uni should be exodus and which should be a target uni in a merge. When making up a merge plan, we always consider the number of active players, their relative score and universe settings, so that we should offer a relatively good selection of choices for all players.
Additionally, if we go ahead with a group merge, then settings changes for target universes would still be possible, and we would make that happen shortly before or at the time of the group merge, so players should know the changed settings before making a choice in their group merge.
