illegal behaviur

    i had to report an illegal behaviur about a gm that continue to break the guideline and say bullshit just to not do their job.
    already talk to SGO about what he say he they told me it doesnt exist.
    so i need someone to talk about and take sever action against this person that refuse to do their job and continue to act against the guideline he must follow

    What happend? What guidelines does GO need to follow? What did you do or what did someone else do? Leave his name out of it but not explaining your words/action and expecting some smart response is utterly braindead...

    like person have to follow guideline, also gm have to follow the guideline for taking action. and when he say he refuse to do and instead of investigate about the report he chose the ban from community and after that ban the account without haveing the possibility to made a reclaim becasue he ban from that service is against the guideline.
    he also say that he cannot remove the ban because he cant. he dont have autority and only gameforge employeer can do it.
    this is definitly something he cant do and being an sgo he must be punish like the guideline say when someone if breaking it. and other things he do about his works but like i said i need someone that can handle this situation. everything is on ticket so they can read all and discord too

    What specific guide lines did he or they break Dpa violation NDA violation?

    Or ban you for a none tolerated tool use. ?

    DPA violation giving your pw to another player

    Give your personal information to another player

    Give another player access to your account.

    delete your account ?

    Reset your account to zero and back to just a new home world??

    And so you understand all game staff up to the COMA are volunteers and it may take 4 to 5 days for a reply most do reply before then.

    If you reply every few hours to a ticket .

    It takes longer to respond to the ticket since it moves it back in the answer que.

    And if you reply every few hours for days on end or less it can be seen as support system abuse.

    Because it ties up the ticket que with a constant hold on yours so others behind you won't get theirs seen or answered.

    It also elevates it after x amount of replies

    If the constant replies are hostile or toxic, Or nonsensical the staff can ban you from the support system and from the game on every server.

    As a player I have seen some players get ban from the ticket system and from the game. Why because it is unhealthy behavior and comes across like an addiction.

    That is harmful to you as a player so they have to ban you. for your own mental health and to prevent toxic and negative behavior from upsetting you and the staff.

    So they give you a time out to cool off and think about it to give you a chance to put everything into a constructive context.

    well so i suppose that treath 3 person and told me to obligated my friend to put their account into deletetion otherwise he perma ban me is consider illegal. because like i written in ticket that person refuse to made a complain with a superior and ban all of us just becasue i ask them to create an account for making an alliance of 3 person. their account were empty and his excuse on the account was multi account because he didnt find anything else.
    that person continue to work and is inaccetable being guided by some kind of person. especially when they are still unkilled and didnt know all the rule. he join the staff january 24 so i suppose he lack lots of knowledge about this game.
    and other rhing against the guideline that a gm should follow especially someone like his position.
    and considering more then 3 months has passed that account didnt exist anymore so the total damage is incalculable

    If your playing a game account with two other people beside your self that is multi counting and banable offense under the game rules

    Did the game operator tell you how long the ban was for ?

    1. Accounts

    The owner of a game account is the owner of the Lobby account where the game account is located.

    Each account is entitled to be played by a single player at any time, account sitting being the only exception.

    Game account exchanges to another user are only permitted using the ‘Account Gifting’ function within a Lobby account.

    Lobby accounts cannot be transferred to others.



    2. Multi Account

    Every player is allowed to control a single account per universe. = meaning if you and your friends were playing the same account it equals a ban

    If you and your friends are playing several accounts from the same location apartments house, that also equals a ban

    With out getting permission first who is to say your not just playing several accounts on a server your self. < breaking the rules . and that would equal a ban.


    So the game operator did nothing wrong you can give it a few days and contact support through an older account you may have and ask how long the ban is for.

    If you were rude or angry with the game team apologize and make nice.

    and then start a new single account on a new server. and play there with more caution . you can always join an alliance for the tutorial.


    and at the center bottom of the game page there is a link to the game rules also. for quick reference .

    chaosk permaban all of us because i refuse to obligate my friend to put their account into deletetion.
    and if 3 person decide to create an account on the same server is not multiaccount because each of us have an account and also their account were empty. only create for making number so no interaction between us. but he didnt know this game being only gm for 1 yeark and decide to ban from community so noone can see his missfact and terminated all 3 account. but the ticket are still there so i hope someone can punish this fake gm and put him into schoool becasue this is abuse of power and lack of knowledge.


    striike if an unlawful gm ban from a community so noone can see his misfact the forum is the only place for let other moderator see what he has done and take action. and chaosk i dunno how is an sgo. he join staff last january and lack of knoledge of the guideline and do all this thing. so how can you say the this is not the place if he has te power to shutdown account and access to community only because he made a mess and he is trying to hide all of this,

    he must pay for what he made becasue this is against the rule that moderator have to follow. they cannot treath other person to delete their account becasue he lack of knowledge this is inaccetable

    I think you did something wrong becuase GO's are not dumb as you claim them to be. I never had any problems with them regarding literally anything.


    If 3 people create account on same IP adress and all of you transport resources between those 3 accounts that is bannable. I dare say they would not even do anything if stronger account is pulling smaller ones and they might ask for clarification. If pushing is involved then ofcourse you get banned if you are playing from same IP and you did not write a ticket regarding this.


    If 3 people played from 3 different IPs and no pushing was involved then you should not have get banned. Anything other then this is bannable.

    Gameforge can do whatever they want with your account because you said they can by accepting ToS :fatgreengrin:
