    Regarding ACS the rules and dividing up the resources gained, it only says"


    "ACS splits must be completed within 72 hours."


    And

    As players "want" and "contributed" are all that matters...anymore than that by a GO is personal inference and subjectivity, and the ticket should be escalated to the next level in they're telling you they didn't contribute enough. There are some GOs still holding onto old unwritten rules that don't exist and hearsay when it comes to some of the rules, especially when it comes to what the definition of "contributed" means. Pressing send is the easy part, it's the scouting, calculating, coordinating, and planning where most of the money is made. Rain/Golem puts in more work than most players and shouldn't be sanctioned from a part of the bounty just because he didn't have some ships in the mix...if they're gonna stipulate "contributed" they need to define and let us know just what the threshold is before someone is allowed/not allowed to take part in the rewards.

    Another reason why the inmates shouldn't be running the prison...

    They entered into ACS, therefore, it's an ACS hit. Doesn't matter how many ships are involved; there is nothing in the rules that stipulates how many ships you need to have involved in a hit to be considered part of it. Unfortunately, there are some GOs holding onto hearsay and old unwritten rules that have been passed around in the mod forum and Matter Most discussions, which aren't relevant (kinda like the activity/human behavior "rule", or the # of lobby accounts you can have "rule").

    And beyond that, it sounds like Rain/Golem was doing the scouting and found the hit, and that's a contribution in of itself.

    I like this universe a lot. Even your enemies are doing the ticketing for your hits and calculating how much their destroyers can get and share by being in the ACS.
