just to clarify though: i was around for months, playing daily, flying regularly. there was plenty of time and opportunity to fight me then. funny how no one really went for it.

now rain spots a window and gives me the heads-up, i take the shot, and suddenly it's "hard to fight against"... feels more like the problem is who’s paying attention and who isn't.

bosne I have never interacted with you but you always seemed to be a decent guy and played vmode fleetsaving for some time in Zibal or Vega, whatever. I recommend you to not talk with others' words and not humiliate yourself. Stay as you were, try to either make solid hits or survive against the players that you say you can not retaliate on. OGame is not about using your keyboard but your fleet, you know this very well. You can show your gratitude in other ways for being donated an account or whatever you have received from the players you are aligned with at the moment.

there’s a difference between taking a break and "playing from vmode"

i was off since october. not logging in, not playing, not probing around. just… taking a break. that’s not the same as vmoding in and out to stay safe while actively playing. if i were doing that, you'd have seen me more than once in seven months.

but sure, if someone gives me a heads-up on a fleet sitting, i’ll log in, make the hit, and log off again. that’s not "cowardly," that’s being efficient with time, and taking the chances the universe gives you.
