    this one’s been a long time coming: an ACS top 1, finally confirmed after three weeks of waiting, spreadsheets, and support tickets.

    partners in crime: AGoodSydney, Worldeater, King Rabbit and myself.


    the hit itself? old news by now, but here’s the story behind it.


    biggy and rain kicked things off with a brilliant play. MD’d dominatrix and caught the fleet on a dirty FS. with diesel and ares locked in vmode, the only one able to defend was tizoc. textbook opportunity play by biggy and rain. they reached out and asked me to come out of vmode to help force MD dominatrix’s new moon, which was likely going to be defended. idea was: drop the moon, force the defend to planet, and make the rip stack vulnerable.


    Artist, Rain, Biggy, Lee Adama and me launched full fleet to cover the force MD. the moon went down, and just like expected, tizoc showed up on lanx with 4.6m rips.


    and then… the game broke.


    every single one of our fleets got stuck. had to scramble to reach support to get our fleets unstuck, but by then dominatrix had gotten away. but we kept watching lanx. eventually tizoc recalled. we had our window.


    AGoodSydney, King Rabbit and Worldeater came out of vmode, we moved in-system to tizoc, mooned up, and started planning the force MD on his return moon. we had the timing nailed, but the moon had to go. we launched the MD, and threw our speed fleets at it.


    meanwhile tizoc was busy packing hard. buying and instaing more rips. by the time we reached the moon, he had insta’d another 3.7m rips, but it still wasn’t enough. the moon went down, and the return time was confirmed.


    we launched rips first, joined up with speed fleets closer to impact. tizoc kept packing like crazy, ending up at 101T military, with close to 9.5m rips on the field.


    it was still not enough. we went through.


    except... we didn’t.


    as expected, the combat script refused to process it. seems like when certain numbers get too big, things just grind to a halt. even with only light fighters, a fleet with enough ships to trigger this would be worth trillions. fleets froze and after a long wait, everyone involved (including tizoc) got emergency banned. we knew this would happen, same thing's happened before in monster combats like this. support confirmed they'd manually process the result, as they’ve done in past cases.


    and now, three weeks later, it’s finally official. ships removed, loot added.

    ACS top 1 is in the books.


    massive props to everyone involved: biggy and rain for the opener, the whole team for the execution, and support for pulling it across the finish line.


    and to gameforge: thanks for making us wait three weeks for a single combat report—always on the cutting edge of 2005.

  • All of this looks impressive, and credit where it's due—great effort. But to me, it now seems a bit questionable. Who can guarantee that you would have actually collected the debris?

    We’ve also had a similar case—a hit that wasn’t registered on the HR domain. It was dragged through tickets for months, and in the end, nothing came of it. That happened about four months ago.

    I don’t want to take away from your hit, but in my opinion, this situation feels irregular, and Gameforge is only making things more complicated right now.

  • Congratulations to Rain & Biggy first for pulling the trigger and creating chaos!


    After the chaos, apparently Tizoc did not react as he should have, there were a few things he could have done to prevent the hit. Unfortunately packing more rips was not one of them but is what he preferred...

    By trying to save 1T'ish fleet, defender and associate's have lost 46.5T. Still a solid 1/3 recovered thanks to lifeforms tech and spacedock.


    I agree on the comment about GF but probably need to show gratitude to team members (just my humble opinion but I was not in the tickets so assuming) that were included in the process and doing the meticulous work regardless of latency... I know from another community where team members work hard to fix GF's inability to update whatever is required to update in order to process these monster hits and that it takes 2-3 weeks normally. :sad2:



    Kudos to all attackers for organizing on such a short notice and launching these fleets twice. I don't think your record will be surpassed anytime soon unless I make a mistake. :tongue3:


    Apparently Tizoc is already rebuilt if you consider the rip count prior to this happening but still wish him glotr... :unsure:

    they can see the recycler timings. as you can see, we didn't get the whole debris, so that's accounted for.

    I probably can’t be fully objective because of our history. Once again, congrats on the hit — it’s well done. But I still don’t understand how you managed to get it resolved with Gameforge, when so many of us weren’t able to.

  • Finally It’s here, every step of flight before and after hit was documented which resolved us getting CR,

    After 24+ hours of no sleep action Unlucky I wasn’t able to participate in this fight but damage has been done , thanks everyone for your contribution especially to people who had faith and trust in me 🥳🥳

  • Game forge just preferred to have 4 spenders instead of one, that's it.

    In some other cases this was irregular fight and nothing was done,ofc in case of Tizoc GF knows how much he needs to spend to get his fleet back.

    I must say that Prongs and company tried everything to give attackers every single resource,good to know that at least someone finally listened proofs of Tizoc to get something in return.

    Indeed massive fight,a lot of numbers, great teamwork,a lot of money spent on questionable queues but in the end with fight like this you can just say Congrats.

    I probably can’t be fully objective because of our history. Once again, congrats on the hit — it’s well done. But I still don’t understand how you managed to get it resolved with Gameforge, when so many of us weren’t able to.

    I truly wonder what these cases are considering the potential merges coming up and us already running into the same limitations in ogame.de

    On the other hand its a different community - in your case and mine - thus different approaches aren't unusual, since we even see different rulesets of the same game between communities

    Ye and that's the true shame.

    The provider implemented features to grow these numbers.

    Without the thought of optimizing profilibity and milking the game more we wouldn't be in this state for probably several years.

    Considering we are at this point enough money must've flown from players.

    It's a shame that the provider doesn't reinvest / use this money to deliver a working product, which was foreseeable with the implementation of all the payment, speeding up and growing features.


    I am a bit surprised this discussion seems only to happen below CRs and people hate + envy each other for their outcomes, instead of realising that the real problem isn't the person who did (not) get their CR, but the provider who doesn't deliver a good product.


    But seeing how much growth happened just before this Combat I guess the people are super satisfied with the product, otherwise they wouldn't spend so much, right? :lol:

    let's keep it simple: nothing about this hit was irregular. nothing was done behind closed doors. no rules were bent, no favors pulled. the only thing questionable here is the effort to spin a clean hit into some kind of conspiracy.


    everyone involved flew their fleets, took their risks, and made the hit happen. support followed procedure, just like they’ve done before in big fights where the script chokes. no more, no less.


    the rest is just noise.

    Since your first post in this thread, you've been projecting your frustration onto individual players and venting at those who got their hits.

    Instead of holding the actual responsible party accountable – the provider, to make it clear: Gameforge, not team.


    You're so bitter and envious that the battle here was realised, that every comment you make throws a shadow over it. Sure, you congratulate, but always with a hint of negativity that shines through your real intent.


    If people were willing to put the same energy into pushing the provider to deliver a working product, maybe things would improve.

    Instead, fleets get doubled right before the down, and then observers blame the attacker for trying something in this broken game.


    It's just sad.


    The only thing I find funny is that we have to have this discussion because the game is so broken, yet the addiction wins and we stay, spreading the bitterness on each other. Great


    I hope everyone who makes a big hit gets their CR restored. I further hope even more that we get a working combat script that can take timings in consideration again and allows for timebacks + proper visualisation in galaxy (e.g. of debris recycle missions, instead of pure lag for hours). But since the latter will probably stay more of a dream than a real hope, we just should be thankful to the people trying to bring the user experience we deserve...

    so our buddy zerotwo doesnt explain how he and sydney added a total of 30t points in fleet in one hour or something they insta a total of +2m rip/and some other ships to make the hit happened , without packing without having that much res stored , ofc he doesnt explain you about this part but ty god not everybody is stupid and not everybody started playing vs these guys 1-2months ago so we know whats up


    diff community huh? there is same situation in this comm too and mods knows that and they said no cr no hit nothing we can do and yet they changed everything just for you guys all of a sudden and listen i am not saying hit shouldnt happened but i am just saying how rules changed so easy in this case

    you was also lucky to have all the sell-outs that you smashed multiple times joining you and helping you all this time like - zero said in other hit vs apostle he was in vmode taking a 'break' from october yet he come out in a heartbeat sometimes in the meantime and made some hits or attempted....they amount of lies being told and hypocrisy is off the charts but aint nobody gonna tell you the truth yet they are here parading for doing all these stuff leading to these hits with them bugged accs just to give a 5% dmg to Tiz acc alongside people that hated them but joined them cause they wanted to see us going down so bad ,at least i wont change team for my own benefit playing politic and diplomacy games , i 'd rather retire than become what i hate
