Not per se bug but missing code. Anyway what I can tell and it annoys me a bit, empire view shows being built and being finished only ships from normal shipyard. Mecha shipyard like it doesnt exist. Seems devs have forgot a line of code for it in empire view. Maybe by this post it will get attention of GF coders.
