So not a huge suggestion for this one but I think with my limited knowledge of coding easy to incorporate. What we know:
1) Ogame tracks players point totals, to give ranks (duh)
2) Ogame tracks number of days since last login (obvious, inactives)
Right now what level of item you get in the import/export is independent of these two factors. As an example, you get 1:4:16:25 going from platinum to bronze (I don't know the actual rates but you get what I'm saying).
I purpose updating the import/export items to have a dependency on both of the above factors (rank & activity).
a) So lower rank players get a higher chance of getting better items.
b) So more active players get a higher chance of getting better items.
The idea is that these are changes that will help active smaller players in a way that cannot be taken away by raiding, and as improve in rankings you start slide back into the regular ratios zones.
And I say this from a position where this doesn't benefit me. I consider myself above the rank where this would have meaningful impact.
