Adding a section for your add ons to the ticket system

    So to help game staff understand each players situation better

    In the ticket system when you describe your problem there needs to be a collum with each tolerated add-on and a check box.

    So game team staff can walk players through each add-on to eliminate any add-on issue before moving forward.

    To address the underling issue and bug.


    For those of use who use no add on having to tell game staff we do not use one can be a bit fitful

    Well, maybe just add that one line of text, “I don't use any add-ons?” The team isn't here to solve add-on problems and expecting them to “walk players through” add-ons is absurd.

    when u send ss of the issue and u get a - please disable all addons and resend comes from skill issue


    before u attach any ss to any ticket make sure u disabled any addons, ( as if that fixes anything, non the less nobody gona touch game issues with agr on just coz we all know thats all agr's fault /s )

    I normally do say I have no add ons It still get asked from time to time

    Granted players can forget to mention it some times wouldn't be pointing any fingers at myself

    Even a simple ( Add-Ons ) would work
