What time will it start?

I've never seen another universe with such poor statistics. If there's no war going on with ships returning from campaigns in the universe, I think the destruction rate should be 0%. At least everyone would focus solely on the expedition. In fact, I'd go even further. There should be a ban on aggression in the universe, because that's not worth it either.

dont understand why people belong to aliances with 70+ players doenst make any sense lol

What are the rewards? Anything that boosts gameplay or just skins and planets and stuff?
