    3 days ago, Street members mustered 2.2 billion ships and entered into tentacle infested space. They tried to exterminate the tentacles, but they failed. After said failure they all turned blue which was very disappointing to me. The tentacles were very highly turgid after the invasion of their sanctum. As fortune or fate would have it, Al came active after the rest of his team turned blue. Pete noticed an idle pattern and that was that.


    I get sick of all the tripe I hear lately about players being washed up, or lacking skill or whatever the jack it may be, because they looked away from the screen to do something else for 28 minutes of their life. Al is a strong player with ogame in his blood. I am sure he will rebuild and come back stronger. Just like All the members of Assassin who have fallen on hard times in recent months, are equally resilient. Being hit doesn't make you bad. It makes you human. I feel like other Street members would experience a similar fate if they took even half the risk Al and the rest of us take to play the game.

    Guess you confused the appropriate title for this hit john. it belongs to al's previous annihilation.


    just like hitting a certain combination of letters could get you nobel, which would make you good, or hitting buy / sell in the correct sequence in a terminal would make you a billionaire, which is good, being unable to hit a button which would prevent you from donating to your enemy makes you bad.


    Human element is something else. If you get stuck in a plane or airport or otherwise get into an emergency situation which would prevent you from fleetsaving, that would be a human mishap.


    You could train even monkeys to hit a certain button under a given period of time. Stop glorifying dumbness or mistaking it for something else or mistaking throwing your cash and time of your life into the bin for persistance.


    Anyone who has ogame in their blood, who breathes and lives the game plays as if its 2006. the quintessential characteristic of ogame is not giving your enemy the bragging rights by protecting your fictional empire and reveling in ruining others' day.

    What happened to L42 of 2006 is anyones guess. possibly, he looked good from the outside only because of the legends that surrounded him in uni1 such as Dancake, Destruction, Floyd etc.

    I trained Destruction up from 10k points to the terror that he became, and was quite smug turning him lose on the enemy. Dancake was always better than me. The guy never even had to probe. You were just dead when he decided it was so. I was always very loud and blustery and persistent in all things. Occasionally I get lucky and it pays off. What happened to old L42? He got old.

    Anyone can teach the basics. It doesn't matter. The difference between you and the names i mentioned were like day and night. For one, Destruction rammed his fleet into Evil and quit right after the officers came out, whereas you spent in the neighborhood of 75k to 100k. You were always a one trick pony that had the patience to wait till eternity for others to slip, never paying much attention to fine details or things that demanded any level of creativity. At least you had the soul of an elite player. Guess it was not all intrinsic qualities but rather imitation of true legends.


    And get your brain MRI asap, I was never dead because no one was able to decide so. To this day, my only mishap remains fleetsaving into Wrayo's moon on esp. mission and getting a small deut fleet destroyed. And that was after a 20h ogame binge.
