Working BB codes for alliance page

Hello, i need complete list of working BB codes for alliance page. ATM i do struggle with background image for my alliance page. seams not to work, and i know for fact, 10 years ago it did work.

can anyone help me out? Background image is a must, later on, i will deal with adding images.

Codes for texts are working, however background images, background text images OR images are not working, i either get this error code:

or it ''saves'' changes, but once i get into editing ( management=>menage texts=>external text , changes that i made and saved, get deleted. when i refresh ally page, its like i made no changes
