[OGM] October 6: Version 8.3.8

Hello commanders!

Today, Monday, 6th of October, we will update OGame Mobile App with version 8.3.8.

Changelog:
- Upgraded the game engine to latest long-term support release to provide up-to-date security patches
Note: The new version will be available as soon as it's approved by Google/Apple. Not all devices will have the new version available in the shop at the same time.
