Issue: Lifeform Development tech bonuses seem to still apply from destroyed planets [case: orbital den]
It seem that bonuses offered from developed technologies remain after planet destruction.
Reproducing the error: The easiest seem to be extra den capacity via orbital dens, as I no longer have any human planet nor relevant tech developed (Ophiuchus) and yet bonus den still remain.
Not the most dramatic of errors, but a memory leak prone variety (depend on application design structure) so I though it may be a good idea to report it.
