    I was wondering if there are any operators on the Japanese Rigel server?


    Because the server is infested with bots, they're pushing their way through, and I haven't received a response to my first support ticket in three weeks...

    I can't say for sure because I don't know the exact situation of the Japanese team.

    But if the ticket has been escalated to CM, some employees were on vacation during the holidays, which may explain the very long delay in responding x)
