Trade rates are locked to 3:2:1...you can no longer trade any other rate. Just giving you info since i've seen you write "as I’m cheap and don’t want to merch it"...so be careful to respect 3:2:1 so you dont get banned.
edit: this is also only on .org from what i know. I've seen .us guys saying it is not locked there but dunno myself since im not playing there
