In the message I see that the food was delivered to my planet, but I don't see it on the planet. I had the same problem on other server.
Support said then that the food was consumed by life forms, but not three billion worth, especially since my food production is higher than consumption.
Can we do something with it? I've been accumulated it for months, just for fun, but now I feel deceived.

I have indeed seen cases like this before, more or less similar, with food disappearing and/or very high consumption, but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done.

Ofcourse they can. They just can't be bothered to since it doesn't impact the game in anyway but rather only your personal experiance
