Once a top 50 player, Petar decided to spend his time bullying one of our much weaker members. Instead of fair play, he chose arrogance.
Our diplomat, Lucius, reached out in a calm and respectful manner:

Petar, however, stayed cocky. Even with the most reasonable approach, he chose to block Lucius and continue being reckless.
