v13 is buggy as hell.
Bring v12 back to all servers v13 was introduced untill you fix it. Developers might do their best but its not enough. With every fix to a single problem another 2 new bugs occur. Instead of being under the gun and hurry they will have time to work and solve as many bugs as possible before reintroducing v13.
Simple suggestion solution. Bring v12 back until v13 works property
