I've always been in favor of expanding the Hyper Tech bonus to planet based storages.
It would have been researched on planet and tested in the ground based storages first and then applied to space ship storages.

My guess is your old uni was an exodus uni in a merge?
I assume you will be allowed to move to one of the target uni's for your old uni.

I would love to see an alliance level role setting that lets you determine if they are allowed to use Alliance Chat or Communication / Messages. Either, Both, or Neither.
