    I literally can't remember the last time someone shared me an API key in game

    Yeah and with a digital library application running esp reports and api's it can encode the api so the api it's self blocks the player from seeing it even off site as the game team has your discord log in details and that's all they would need.

    and yeah it could still be shared of site another point is in game block esp reports from being shared to v moded players.

    naaa not at all. just because a dev popped in or a discord mod on another thread means nothing.

    this suggestion still has far more merit than one that punishes every player for 18 players blue shield play style.

    and as I said while in v mode you can not see galaxy view so no esp reports should be seen even if shared or api keys. while in blue

    and using a digital library set up the api can be hidden from the blue players discord. account as well.

    Well look at it this way we cannot see galaxy view in v mode so we should not be able to get any shared esp reports or api. keys also.

    Other wise v mode should be go in and out when you want. but no less than 12 hours in or and hour out and and able to see galaxy view in v mode again.

    And yeah it is part of the game.

    Thing is we got players crying about it. that never had to deal with a unhindered v mode warrior

    That could see galaxy view while in vacation mode. So they have no clue about how much that one little thing did help the issue

    even with the extra account on that server that's lower ranked and played on while the main account is in v mode. To gather their own esp reports and data.

    Can't see why we should even bother GF with this. No matter what you do or suggest regarding to this, it's always possible to receive information in Discord or whatever. Even without sharing api key. No need for useless suggestions to the game please!!

    As long as GF uses a digital library set up for the users and servers that api keys go thru if it is not an approved GF tool which they can block it and prevent the v moded player on discord from seeing the esp report or api keys so they won't get them with many having logged into GF discord channel GF can tag your machine and copy your HD serial and discord identity profile to do that and use that via the library function and block it from you even out side of the game via api encryption encodement. YT content creators can block their material from being viewed on off YT sites.

    true a cell phone photo does the same thing. and out side the game or discord.

    But this is far better than punishing every one. as suggested in another thread.

    But it is better to try something than do nothing.

    This also includes in game api keys being shared across private in game messages the system will auto block the message from being sent with an api key included in the message

    and as said before most all out of game shared esp. reports are half a day old and useless.

    And game forge can make it so api keys can't be shared out side the game. unless using an approved game to discord link. that keeps it hidden from v moded players on off site platforms

    Understand where you are coming from, but most will just send the info through other means, so I doubt it will address the problem.

    They can still chat with their ally and in game friends just no espionage reports can be shared in game is all.


    As much as it may not be much while in v mode if you cannot see galaxy view to hunt from vacation mode .

    you should not be able to receive any espionage reports as well.

    Even if they are sent via other means out side the game that is still not in game

    most are a half day out of date not fresh from the last few minutes.

    Nor does every one always stay logged into their other chat room group or discord page. to check for that either.

    it's simpler and simpler is usually better.

    Less parts to break or go buggy.

    Simple suggestion

    While a player is in vacation mode they cannot receive shared espionage reports .

    From Alliance members or their friends list contacts.

    they can get ally chat messages and normal conversational messages but no espionage reports.


    One most v mode warriors are near active players so easy to spot them out ,

    Two so what happens when you just had some one sit your account,

    Rl hits and you got no one to sit the account,

    And it takes no effort to spot them out

    Also v mode warriors would the the only ones affected buy this,

    I nthe event you get caught in it buy real life emergency you can open a ticket the game staff can check the fleet logs and remove the added 24 hours so you still have a 48 hr v-mode and not an increasing 72 hours to 96 ect, ect, like v-mode warriors would get hit with.

    and yes some times a long term game takes effort to achieve a goal.

    Not punishing the whole player base.

    not driving players from the game. with that punishment.

    vacation mode is a normal game mechanic. using it to control other players is counter productive honestly.

    So punishing players who do not use the v-mode play style methodology sure why not

    I mean 12 to 18 people out of a half million players is worth it enough to punish all quarter million players for the actions of 12 to 18 players


    when adding 24 hours to a blue shield warriors v mode each time they come out and hit and go right back in with out a full day or 8 plus hours of active play before revmoding is fair and does not punish the 249,988 players who are not vmode warriors.

    So yeah lets just take normal players who may have a real life emergency or limited time to play and slap them right out of the game. reducing player count increasing pay for play.


    And I voted against this as short sightedness leads the reason behind the suggestion.,,,, Asto R&D officers player lose. half the games player base went poof and vanished.

    P.S. you wanna catch a v-mode warrior if you have the fleet as soon as they hit a player and you see it attack all their moons at one time. take the risk of lose. either they move out the way on most moons others they take losses, rinse repeat untill they make a mistake and get their whole fleet caught in the mass crash event on their moons.

    Other wise the suggestion is an insult and punishes normal players for having a life and serves to drive players from the game and increase pay for play. even though all three play styles are valid.

    simplest fix would have been to just add one day to the abusing players v-mode time to exit for each time they came out raided or attacked a player then went back in v-mode with out playing for a day or two before reentering.

    with no tik back of the added time so it stays a permanent extension of their v-mode so after ex amount of time they end up with 7 to 11 days of v- mode before exit is allowed if not longer.

    slowly edging them selves off the server instead. through v-mode accumulation. rather than rules that make standard game play a punishment. after exiting v mode.

    Spread the word, the bigger the vote count - the more likely GF will bump it up on the priority list of "updates"

    no officer needed to one clik recycler debrie fields from planets or moons suggested and approved then put into play with in 3 weeks

    And you just clarified it. not every one has the ability to relocate near a targeted player or a pair of mibile colonies to do the same.

    So yes farther away after ex amount of astro opening 13 to 15 total galaxies. means astro also decreases fuel cost and increases speed to go farther you need to go faster at a more economical cost as well.

    Life form buffs only go so far.

    I wouldn't say it destroys it but does allow balance since the game is long term stratagy and reso management.

    making any adjust ment that disrupts that balance. such as giving players the ability to run far away.

    With no feasible way for active players to reach them is just well bonkers.

    the fuel reduction and speed increase balances that fact if your going to run far away from active players .

    Then those players should be able to get to you.

    But now if we are talking about this let me give some deliniation to the idea for balance.

    Once you reach the needed astro to go past the original server galaxie setting.

    Your ships speed doubles fuel cost decreases buy 45 percent phalanx range goes from 5 systems per level to 9 per level.

    Since drive techs and sensor tech would increase with astrophysics.

    And fleets auto skip empty systems with no additional fuel cost for the empty systems.

    If there were a cooldown on reentering v mode after exiting to be fair real life and stuff. one hour cool down for one day of vacation mode.

    Attack blocks I don't think would get good responses or feed back..

    Conditional maybe . while the cool down is active. if a fleet has no timers and has sat 30 minutes the reports text is green for go .

    If under thiry minutes red text instead of green ( the full reports text ) .

    LOL haha to the OP yeah don't make habits that can lead to losing moons

    Try as best you can to message a player if they have launched an attack at you. to request politely for them to recall the attack.

    Do not make empty threats of your friends getting revenge for you if they cannot ect ect.

    Because if they launched they have a good idea your either off line or they know your habits and fleet routine enough to be confident to launch.

    Always keep a few rips on planet to send up to your moon after their cover wave. ( cover wave attack fleet designed to destroy any defendiong fleet at the moon ) just before the first md wave or right after and before the second wave.

    if the moon is going to go down in the first wave it usually will if it does not the defending rips you send up should at least preserve the moon or recreate one after they make a pretty mess. maybe.

    now if they force the MD 150 rips or more yeah just relax and wait till it is over and rebuild alter stratagey and habits .

    Player opens dozens of accounts one after the other builds them for a few days logs out opens another repeats another repeats untill they have 6 or 7 multis

    that are left to go inactive near them as friend accounts that spawn near them. for farms that gain the higher resource production.
