Our media certainly is (a bit) biased. The loss of credibility damages both left, right and center. It keeps me om my toes though, looking for more sources when I'm interested in something.

I agree with Museko. Trump was for the most part bad, but the left has shows enormous hypocrisy during the last years and I've not seen anything to show that the ones elected now are good politicians.

I agree with the terrorist nature of Capitol hill riot. Same can be said for some of the rioters and looters during BLM protests (violence for political goals), altough BLM didn't organize/condone the violence, so maybe not.

I'm not sure yet about political censoring, but I'm glad that many anti-vax, alternative medicine and anti-science pages have been removed from Facebook lately.

Why does there seem to be more outrage about the storming of Capitol hill, compared to the little to no outrage when BLM torched several cities?

Infections are strongly on the rise again here in Belgium, and I'm worried what's going to happen when (not if) the government tightens regulations again.

That is because we have a good amount of entitled, ignorant and scientific illiterate folks filling up the space here too.

We're experiencing the scientific method at first hand; observations are made, information is spread, strategies are made, new observations bring to light problems with the strategy, so new strategy is made.

It's so normal for science to change opinion when faced with facts, but a lot of people just can't do it or think this somehow lowers the value of the scientific recommendations.
