Should the inevitable merge happen anytime soon our universe will be at a significant disadvantage in comparison to a older universe such as Cygnus. With the little to no remaining players left in Libra the growth rate of players does not equate and has been rather stagnant. We need to have the playing field leveled. A change in specs is desperately needed.
