That would help populate the other unis with newer players as well. Most ppl dont just play 1 uni. I know GF doesnt like moving away from dm but leave the commander for income to fund it and i promise you that ogame would turn around and be what it was 10 years ago. I guess its just my mindset... what would i know .. i only started in 2004 and seen the game change so much since i started and i seen the player counts drop over the years. Granted more players means less need to push dark matter. They probably made more money from only selling commander to 30,000 players instead of pushing dark matter on 1,000.

    this would seriously make my life I would message all my old buddies to play like the old days with only top 1500 showing in rank. I remember when I first started how big of a deal it meant to get ranked lol that was so so long ago haha. Good times trying to find proxy servers to let us play in programming class in high school I miss those days.

    with school in full swing been debating about quitting the uni until my friend and ally mate mortified penguin was crashed. Decided I should try and avenge him before I head out so started to look for a couple raiding to build up my fleet to what it needed to be saw thing early in the day and launched once defender was offline.


    So my dedication go out to Mort you'll be missed mate, and to human from AMK for crashing him and giving me a reason to play this game some more!
