Ohai Quorar. I mean Vega! Old habits die hard I guess. This time with me on the wrong side of the CR. Rev told me he is not bothered posting this hit, and gave me permission to post it on his behalf.
So there we are, top 1 solo Vega. The story will be told from the perspective of a defender.

This all was bound to happen for two reasons. First, I have had so much work recently that I could hardly concentrate on ogame, got home late every day and waking up early, so I was forcing myself to even FS properly. Second was the merge. While in Quorar I was top1, and out of top 10 fleets 8 were part of my alliance, here suddenly I am a laughing stock for some of the bigger fleets. I was working very hard, farming a lot and making plenty of hits in Quorar to secure my position. Last several months when No Comment was vmoding, I didnt even bother with FS, as there was literally nobody that could have touched me, even with 5 fleets. I can not be asked to do the same shit here again, two years focusing on this game is plenty imo. So there wont be FR for me.

As for the hit itself. I started a long insys FS yesterday morning , 21 hours total. I was watching my account for stray RiPs, and last night I have returned my deplo FS so if Rev decided to MD me he would see nothing. The fleet was going to arrive just after 10am today. At work I was however forced into a meeting that took way too long, and there were some directors present so I could not use my mobile to FS. When meeting finished, so was my fleet...

Shitty way to say goodbye to the fleet, but hey, its just a game.

Here I would like to thank Katrakas, Flami and Kazu for costantly supplying me with deu, and for nice chats I had with the first two. I would like to thank ToC guys for keeping me on my toes all the time and being a good nemesis Especially to Abu and Kron for being a good sport!
But most importantly I would like to thank my ally mates from Alcomis. They are the best bunch ever, providing help, support, advice, plenty of laugh and for being better than a family. We will definitely keep in touch and have plenty more laughs

Did not expect that to hit, 40 min flight with just fast fleet, even more with folloups ( which we should have sent more ). We didnt realise the figth will be dishonourable, so probably 100-120m res was left behind....

A little backstory: we were observing the defender for weeks and weeks now. After my hit on Kron there werent any changes in the behaviour, except the remaining of main fleet is on constant FS. But, the cargo fleet is very often sitting, as CorZor mentioned, and it is loaded with Deu. We started watching Kron today, and noticed exactly the same pattern.
After spotting the fleet we were considering waking RammsteinPT up from his slumber, as he was insys, but this might have triggered alarm within ToC and Kron would simply FS that fleet. So CorZor took a risk and flew from a bit fruther. Worked pretty well indeed

The only change that would make sense is to forbid the player who just left the VM from being attacked, and from attacking, for a period of time, eg. 12 hours.
This has already been suggested. It is a great way of fleeters not being able to quickly leave vm, crash unsuspecting/unprepared fleets and go back into vmode.

That change would give a fighting chance against such players. No brainer really.

Ok I have one amendment to make. I have to apologise to Abu, he never wrote not to attack him, instead he wrote "not to play with him" during that period.

So, a little backstory first. Couple of days ago Abu asked me not to attack him for a few days, due to his religous holiday incoming. I have responded to him that he should vmode. He declined, so I advised him to make nice long fleetsaves, as one should anyway.
Abu didnt, so there we are.

But lets rewind a little bit more back. So there is this account, that belong to the ToC called "ja ne postojim". It is their filler account, but also about a month ago this account ( green, at 80k points ) started farming like crazy. Every day, without a fail, its sending some 200 attacks, each farming at least 1m resources. No maths needed here, suffice to say it farms probably twice as much a day that its whole account is worth.
And yet, curiously, it doesnt grow. Last three weeks it gained may be 20k points, so its now at 100k, still very green, still untouchable. It doesnt take a genius to compute what happens to these resources. They are vrey likely being converted into Deu and sold at a low price to someone from ToC.
While technically it is not illegal, it is killing the game. After all it is about your growth, and not "pushing" other players.

I have confronted a few of ToC players, asking them to stop doing this as it is not sporty, and quite frankly unfair.

So, I was advised to "make" another account that can destroy that green account. Well, in case you havent read the teams of service, that kind of actions are quite frown upon by the Ogame team. Or at least they should be.
I was also caleld a cry baby, by a guy who asked me not to attack him two weeks later. Please, be consistent. I asked you to deal with that account, you ignored me. There is something for something. You deal with "ja ne postojem" and I will agree not to attack you or anything else you may want in return.
Dont deal with that account, and, well, here we go again :
