astrophysics itself is a failed idea
I kind of agree with you on this considering the current status of ogame's economy.
Astro now seems like a failed idea if we take massive input of resources from boosted eco speed and expos into consideration.
Entire labs, research dynamics and Intergalectic Network need to be reworked to accommodatethe massive influx of resources. Astro feels good/balanced till 4x (at max 5x) eco speed but anything more than that feels like gameforge is donating billions of resources but also forcing you to use DM to use them (wisely/correctly).
so level 37 astro will only take
for me with my current stats
Display MoreOGame account will be your legacy. Even your grand grand grand g-g-g-g-g-g-children that will live outside of our solar system will be waiting upon astrophysics to finish researching while casually chatting with some alien lifeform. While they will drink their morning drink your decendat will proudly say; Look at this, you see this research? My great grand grand grand grand grand grand grandfather put this into que and soon it will be done! Our family has been patiently waiting for over three thousand years and finally we will make our ancestor proud!!! Thus a myth will be born! Be sure to leave a name by which entire cosmos will call you because this achievement will definatelly be one of a kind!!
Ogame research time is longer then PI number
edit;
LMAO is that jesus stomping on devil and saying "you mad bro"??
If religion was televised like that im sure there would be more religious people out there
Man you are really interesting,
Humans are not worthy enough to have you for being accurately funny!
My civilization of level 5 has spotted your talent (Kardashev scale),
so,
Sending a Donkey with Wings (with Hyperspace Drive 15) to bring you to the rightful place my man
Is it really doable as a non-dm player?
It is going to take 95 years for me with technocrat active and 22% research speed boost from lifeform techs
If there is a way to complete this as a non premium player, any help or suggestion will be really appreciated.
Thank you
PS: Not saying other achievements are easy to complete as nonDm user, but the sheer amount of time for astro 35 is slightly high
Display MoreWow, POWER HOUR, what an impressive strike! Seeing such a significant hit really brings out the excitement in the OGame community. The numbers speak for themselves, with 3.5 billion in total damage, you've certainly left a mark on Tito's galaxy.
First off, I have to commend the strategy behind this attack. The fleet composition was spot-on for this kind of operation. You had a mix of heavy hitters like battleships and bombers alongside some reconnaissance with espionage probes, which seems to have given you the edge in this engagement. How did you decide on this particular composition? Was there a specific reason for the choice of bombers over perhaps something like destroyers?
The timing of your attack must have been nearly perfect. Catching an opponent during what they might consider a 'sad hour' is not just about the timing but also about reading the opponent's habits. Did you notice any patterns in Tito's gameplay that led to this opportunity?
Now, the aftermath of such a hit is always a crucial phase. I'm curious about your defense strategy post-attack. Did you have any fleet or defenses prepped to deal with potential retaliation? Or was the plan to quickly withdraw your remaining forces to a safer spot? It's fascinating to think about how you manage the balance between offense and defense in such scenarios.
Also, the espionage aspect of this battle is intriguing. How did you manage to scout Tito's defenses without triggering alarms? Did you use any particular espionage tech or was it more about timing and luck?
The amount of debris left behind is impressive – 3.1 billion resources. That's a gold mine for anyone who gets to it first. Are you planning to harvest it yourself, or are you expecting some competition for those resources?
Lastly, this battle report really showcases the high-stakes nature of OGame. It's not just about the resources or the points; it's about the thrill of the strategy, the anticipation of the counterplay, and the community's reaction to such bold moves. Keep up the fantastic work, and I look forward to seeing how this saga with Tito unfolds. Whether it leads to more epic battles or strategic peace negotiations, it's bound to be interesting.
Well done again, team FTS, and here's to many more strategic victories in your OGame journey!
We want no story anymore
Superb hit and great profits too...

Good day everyone,
I was watching NF and enjoying some 🍻
&
had my main fleet deployed, waiting for expos to return.
MS Trader saw my main bank sitting on the moon and it surely was a juicy target with 40k LCs, a few SCs, 1 RIP and 200m+ metal, 400m+ crystals and 100m+ deut (I forgot the exact amount).
I didn't have any activity on any other moon or planet as I was just idle running expos from this moon (and ofc enjoying my 🍻).
Then I suddenly saw that red light blinking, the attack was coming from MS Trader
As I had set my fleet sail,
it was tough to calculate the return timing of the deploy mission as I forgot when I had sent the deployment (thanks to good old 🍻).
Then I recalled that I had probed a few people before I set the fleet sail.
Luckily there were reports in the Trash and I estimated my sending time for the deployment.
Using that I timed my deploy and it was off (early) by 14 seconds.
But luckily MS Trader did not slow the attack and didn't probe in the last 15 secs.
