Glad this has been brought back up with the merge closure.
I'm personally still of the same opinion from the first pages of this thread.
DF % increase? Yes, 40-50% would be ideal
Deut cons. decrease? No
Fleet speed increase? No
Also, predicating the voting options on one another is a complete non starter and will leave
many players feeling like their votes do not count. For example, tying DF% and Fleet speed together.
I'm ready for a vote whenever the general consensus is to bring it forward.

I kind of think ACS top 10's should still be able to be posted despite 1 banned player, solo's no, ACS yes. Will be the Admins discretion on this I suppose.
I prefer being able to see everything recorded in a public place, more interesting.^ This! Because the bottom line these Top 10 and CR sections are essentially a historical record of what's happened in any uni.
With that said, great job to team Assassin showing what we do best!
Al, VFR take a break if necessary. You've got a solid team around you that's already indicated they'll help you with whatever you need.
Team is all that matters at this point in this game that's a shadow of what it once was.
On a personal level and politics aside, I don't think there is anyone that embodies the spirit of Assassin v FGR other than you.

I don't mind a DF increase as long as fleet speed stays 1x, but passing that in a uni that's mostly miners would be extremely difficult

Playing since 2006 is irrelevant, the state of play now is so far removed from what the game was back then.
Consider the type of game this is and the way you carry yourself exchanging messages with those 'higher ranked' players and I'm sure
you can correct this continuing 'problem'
