There’s nothing interesting. He has one colony in our territory. He set his mines to 0% on that particular colony and sends ipms wave after wave. Meanwhile his fleet doesn’t move outside of where DoD can protect him. This is a waste IMO but what do I know other than how to save and build mines right?

Solar plants should be like sats and the amount of output is dependent on the temp of the planet and slot #
Solar is generated, fusion is synthesized. I don't think it's realistic linking the two, but I do agree something needs to
be done with the solar plant output
