If the proposed server setting changes only benefit fleeters (Deut to DF, albeit slightly decreased DF% and less fuel consumption), I think that puts a lot of the Vega transplants in a bad place and may push them to quit. If x10 eco isn't possible, is there something else that would help the non-fleeter population? Maybe increasing peaceful fleet speed to x6 or something like that for the miners/expo folks?

I know there are plenty of Vega transplants that came from hostile x1 unis like Wurren and Yin, so I'm sure there's a large number of those players who would also prefer to see an option to change hostile fleet settings to x1. Not personally in favor of that, but I am told that there are a lot of folks that would like that, so may be worth a pulse check for that as well?
