this attack block schedule is friendly with European players but extremely not friendly with North American players. Waking up at 4am because messing up something in FS is not fun. please just implement the 24 hour attack block
Especially when you sleep through the 4 am alarm and then panic wake up at 6 am
.... It is times like that where you find the "silver lining" of having such a dead uni!
