Having played in uni 1 on and off since 2005ish I would like to say I like uni 1 just how it is
Id consider though 1x fleet, 1x eco, 1x research, 30% DF, oh wait that was old ogame.....
You want 1x with more DF, theres Mathilde and Ozone, Ozone even has lower deut

has often been discussed in previous merges.
I don't think GF will do some extra/special efforts to delete only inactive accounts with 10k or less points,
they would rather close u1 to get rid off all inactive accs instead
but it's universe 1, so those accounts will remain.
