jumpgate is affected by "fleet war" settings

you can always activate a bigger planetfield item, but the previos item will be lost.
for example: if you have a +15fields item active, you can still activate a +20field item.

I would highly suggets you to open up a ticket at the supportsection.
as koop is the only ingame support in .jp, the ticket goes straight to him.
but to be honest, the chance to get setting changes in andromeda.jp goes to zero I guess.
you're the only person asking for it since a month, no one other respondes.
koops maintasks are all the inhouse support for aion, terra etc. and not only for ogame.jp
and to be honest, I play .jp several years now, and andromeda is fin how it is imo,
not all server has to be 8x eco and stuff
