Driving past Flashes house today... Half thought to myself "ah sure I'll pop over and say hi"

Still pops into our minds from time to time.

Can't seam to find such a great friend again, right kitty.

What can I say....

Flash is a Mentor of mine, someone i always looked up to, he thought me alot of things from the day i met him here in Ogame 12-13 years ago. Simply because we both had our homeworlds set to Dublin.... a quick Pm later asking if he was from here... and i was also from Dublin... Thats the day i stopped being one of Flash's Farms and became a friend and met the most amazing Gaming family ever!!!

few weeks later we met for a pint... Miller was his brew unless he knew it was good Guinness in the tap. Dropped into him at work with a burger sometimes... down the line i met his family... his kids... Roisin and Sean and his wife Marci..... its funny cause they all knew me right away through Teamspeak as Daaq.

We played Ogame.org & US Metin2.com and co.uk .. for years !! things we shared and talked about was great... he truly IS a great friend.

Along with Kitty, Sochin, Nightmare & Sars ... some brilliant people we met on the way. with great laughs.

Ogame was his #1 game of choice... i think he played every uni and people knew his name to be a dangerous player. Which when he got the initial 8 weeks to live he dropped it for his family and got another 11 months with them.

As he said to me when i last ween him, "I robbed 2 years of Cancer, that i didnt think i would have so any time i have left is a massive bonus"

He fought Very well... and Never gave in and looked & acted as strong as ever to anyone who knew him.

Rest in Peace Flash - there will always be your advice and knowledge you passed that ill always remember.

Send LC + 1 Probe + 1 Pathfinder. If you want you can add 1 of the highest tech ships you have, for example a destroyer or bomber.

so have used the old 250lc and 1 probe not getting anything amazing...

using 126lc 48 path 1 probe

in Janice i gotta connect back in several times per day.

my overview fleet information doesnt load... have to click that at least 3 times

fleet speed bar you can click on one then move and it goes to a different %

half your FS deut cost is left behind, giving a good clue of where ya went,

loading screens is slow!

AGR doesnt work although not your fault.

Can you fix these before messing around with everyones head.

add your metal/crystal/deut mines together then multiply by 8 (eg 30/30/30 = 90, 90 x 8 = 720 crawlers)

Thats from what i think anyway... AKA LOTS of energy needed (36k energy for a 14.4% production boost)

Massivley buggy still, so its hardly tested on a live server, so really GF should be sending us some ginny pig compensation. for their lack of everything.

seriously the bugs are obvious one not little hard to get ones... they are effecting game play constantly.... HOW was it not noticed on test servers etc.?

Ok, Guys Just a Little addition to the CR section.

First of all i'd like to thank CHEETA on bringing me along for the ride, cause lets be honest I did sweet F.A.

BUT

It was a very fun flight!!

First The Hit:

While CHEETA waited on the initial Timer to pop up, he just sent out a quick message looking for any help. he could profit nicely doing it SOLO but wanted to share the love! Thank you for that!! really helps me go up the ranks!

So timer matched we chatted, he was asking how many recyclers i had i was telling how many bins i had, he was asking what the hell are bins? then of course the HW had activity... so did the system so panic started.... is he online, do we wait it out? or recall cause I got his buddies 2 systems from me =0

Sure we said we wait and see if theirs a timer, i could see a steady 40 system wide of similar probe timers on everything. 5 minutes later the actual Target Moon Lights up, now were in the air about 7 minutes in all. really testing our nerves!! so we checked it out incase more fleet arrived. nope must of been a probe keep flying still waiting for the HW to timer up.

Timer Appears on hw matching everything in system and trail is apparent then, probe hit right before reset, so we know he hasn't logged but damn our minds thought of all the possible things that could be happening till this point. anyway all timers matched up perfectly we slowed it just to be safe n all, probed it all good and BOOM.

Yep, then we were happy we knew we hit it...buttttt we had a little issue with the DF, we didnt have initially enough bins but we fixed that issue... well i Didnt as i said i done nothing really this is the most i have done for this hit.

Anyway all secure and safe, few allies of defender probing around knowing full well we did it. Dont think their happy but sure look its how the game goes.

All i hope is Defender doesn't quit and rebuilds and continues to enjoy the game. And no i'm not just saying that because their currently probing me, its cause if someone does it once they probably do it again.

After hearing about your Stroke buddy, it got me thinking of all the friends i made here in ogame over the years. most of which i lost contact with due to RL commitments and such. There are friend on games then there is certain friends i met through games but have gotten to know very well and appreciate.

We met in ogame origins - where we probed one another, untill one day i gotcha - blind lanx return if i remember correctly... somehow after that we became good friends helped one another out only cause we could never get one another.

So its officially the best hit i made on Ogame cause i got a great friend out of it!!!

Ok, so this one is a little old, but im posting a few hits today so i said i'd add it to the mix.

Normally when you welcome someone to the neighbourhood you bring a pie/cake or something nice.

But nooooo, all i got was a day of IPMs.

all i wanted to do was Mine n chill out, but sure that got me back in gear for fleet building and back into the depths of Ogame.....thanks.... i think?

Defender said hes no longer building a fleet, but i would doubt that, im always sure theres some cargos to be slapped.

Ok, its not the best HOF going BUT after 5 years of being retired from Ogame, i have came back!

Joined up on a baby account just to say hi to people i havn't spoken to in ages. for flash to really keep at me and turn my "no im only here for a few weeks to say hi" to "ah sure look, ill take the account and build up the mines for someone else"... then i took the account and the next day i got a guy IPMing my planets, because WC4N is crashing and farming them in ways. and that i was the weakest link its how they will get their own back.

Well that obviously changed my mind and just wanted to build up to crash them. Just cause thats how i normally do it.

Bbbuuuutttt Flash, Seth, Osiris or Xbet got them and kinda ruined it for me. As they do lil greedy feckers =D but i did HOF their rebuild so silver lining and all that jazz.

But for the Dedication of this HOF, Obviously its for a long time Friend, Mentor and Ruthless Ogamer we all know a IRISHFLASH.

He has been through Thick and Thin and still powers on!
When you were sick I have to say I didn't know how to approach it, what to say how to say it should i do something should i stay clear, But Damn all now think of is Thank $@#% your alright!!!

I cant even imagine the feelings you had during that time but after speaking with you Im just happy you always kept your head up, fought through it and gave it the middle finger, as best you could!
