Uni1 is the most active uni out of the older ones. So makes sense to give us the x10.

I think the whole "We can't change the settings to x10" argument died with Yin - hopefully those in charge can be convinced of the same.I also don't like the 0.7 deut cost idea... but would vote yes to everything else.
