Like 80% of the confusion could be answered if we were given clear information instead of vague. That and the fact that it takes 2-3 days to get a response and by then that answer has been changed 2 or 3 times.
Are you sure this is accurate? In a uni with speed factor 6 and <100M points it says you can get 75M resources per expo. People are getting 2-3M in similar unis , is there something wrong?
That is the MAXIMUM reward, as in hitting the LOTTERY kind of winning.
