Hey guys, thanks for suggestions. Funny thing now, he has to clear cookies every time, when he wants to login. Before this, he has also tried clearing cookies and cache but it did not worked, now suddenly deleting cookies works... strange

Hi there community,

colleague of ours has a problem with login to his account on his mobile phone. It is funny, because the problem is not constant. He is using acer liquid z6 plus, Android 6 with security update from Jun 2017.

He has also tried with different browsers, deleting cookies and cache, reinstalling browsers but without success. Some days it works and other days he gets screen without this window where you can choose Universum.

No new installation on phone has been done, he is using it as always.

Any idea would be appreciated.
