It's the Title of the event that is the error take a look at previous titles for this event. There is no LF Detroid because with LF's you cannot build ships (apart from Mecha Second Shipyard) you can only increase ships WSA, Speed and Cargo Capacity .
I don't know if this mechanic of the game is still valid, but it used to be that the Maximum Expedition Fleets that you can send from 1 planet is 4 then slot 16 resets itself (I cannot remember time taken for reset)
Can any of you remember this ?

So no definition on both types of V-Mode warriors ... and where is the OK button
Personally I doubt if Game Forge will accept your ideas (I'm not a V-M warrior I'm FTP) although your basic concept for a change is food for thought it's the V-Mode warriors and Whales that keep the game alive thanks to DM Purchased, If they quit the game then GameForge start to lose income and I think you know what the outcome will be.
This game is full of ducking and diving and if you make a mistake like mistime a fleet-save, leave a fleet standing or a real-event that beyond your control occurs then the vultures descend, But hey it's only a game it's not going to hurt you in real liife
So what happens if a player (either Collector, Discoverer or Warrior) exits V-Mode and finds a lucrative active target literally parked on their doorstep will they be allowed to attack ?
... and could you define what is the difference between "Normal V-Mode Warrior" and a "V-Mode Warrior" as stated in post number 90 of this thread
I've been playing this game since 2007 and have seen a hell of a lot of changes, some I've liked, but most I didn't.
I've been shuffled from pillar to post in all the merges, I finally found an old school home in Uni 1 some time back. Fleet speed 1x
I don't like it that the Johnny's come lately arrive in our Uni but aren't happy with the settings, they want them changed for their benefit, stuff the people already here and happy with the way things are.
If your not happy with the settings here, why come here at all, leave and go to a uni that has the setting that you like.
As far as I'm concerned, I will vote NO on the changes being put forward here.

If you are sending for example say 10 expeditions at 12.00 with a return time of 14:00 you then have to allow for speedy returns and delayed returns after the third wave in an ideal world the return time would be 18:00 but the return time in reality could be anywhere between 17:30 and 20:00. (As you know UNI 1 is not a healthy place to leave a fleet sitting)
There is nothing with General and Collector having Pathfinfers what I disagree with the is ability of a class other than Explorer being allowed to build them. If they find them or switch classes then that's not a problem.
But if you open them to General you would also have to allow Collector the same,,, so then the result would be that Explorer lose their unique class specific ship. So what would Explorers get in return ?
I said it's harder than what people think, basically because the amount of hours during the day you have to keep an eye on things (returning expeditions and so on)
This is why i don't "see" a big problem with current situation. I think GF realizes "mistake" they made with not giving general ability to build PF aswell and thats why they are giving basically 2 class changes/monhtly. So you could swap, build a decent amount to fleet and in case you lose them swap again in 2 weeks and rebuild.

What I disagree with is altering the mechanics of the game
I play UNI 1 so there is not a 50% Discount therefore no comment

Playing Explorer is harder than what you think (that is if you are capable of thinking)
You seem to contradict yourself when you agree about the Class change
But giving General Class free access to Pathfinders is a definite NO NO they already have enough with Fuel Reduction, Speed (plus the ability to have 5% increments in speed) and not to mention the percent losses from combat getting returned

Actually, this game needs to be improved in many aspects. After all, the tactics are all 10-20 years old.
20 years ago, there was no screen recording, no mobile devices, no external devices. Now everyone can have a lot of them, and multiple computers are also common.
I can remember the game 20 years ago (UNI 23)
But now it seems like it's milking the cow
p.s. negative responses will have a high probability of being totally ignored
I think it would be better if somebody who has a second Mecha Shipyard researched and running to explain exactly how it is gained, rather than demands for items to be made
Remember like I stated previously I found the item on Expedition (I play UNI 1) and all it does is reduce Ship building by 30 minutes for the second Mecha shipyard (similar to the 30 minute reduction for the standard Shipyard)
