Tickets are the sole place to discuss such issues and before this devolves into finger pointing team bashing or cheating accusations

Banter is not a problem, but please keep it about oGame related things and avoid going after each others intelligence/physical characteristics.

Additionally this topic is for a combat between Inprotest and Army, so plase keep the banter involving them.

I don't want to point fingers at my community admins (even though some of them seem to have disappeared and are leaving our community to die), so I'll try to refrain from specifying the community in question. A few points

1. Funny thing is that most people in our community don't really read English (or at the minimum don't enjoy using English) and, voila, there are no bilingual admins here so most announcements in our forum are machine-translated (or just English). For most, even communicating with them is a bit hindrance.

2. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought the ticket system can only reach GO and potentially SGO / GA, not CoMa? At least I don't see an option/category for that

3. Turns out none of our community admins are in Discord (surprise, surprise), and the CoMa who's supposedly overseeing our comm. doesn't list us in their profile. Given that I've already sent PMs to them, I'm a little worried that I'd be spamming them if I kept doing so (on forum or Discord).

Bottom line is, I want to help out my community, which I believe is to their interest as well. I'm not saying I need to be GA or something but maybe I could start by making our forum better. But what can I do if I have no way of reaching them? Madoka and/or Rav3n would it be okay if we continue this conversation via PM, if you don't mind (then I'd provide the "specifics" of course)

2. Tickets can reach CoMas but in most comms theres up to 4 levels before them it has to go through first.

Well I cant really provide better advise without knowing which community is being referenced.

For example ogame.jp has no teamler at all except for 1 board mod who is administered partially by the .org team. Meaning if you need/want to speak with someone you need to reach their coma which is best done via ticket.
